Changes and Cancellation
Once bookings are made and/or guest(s) are checked in, bookings are non-refundable.
Booking cancellations MUST be done at least 3 days before the scheduled check in date. Total payment is deemed forfeited for any cancellation within 2 days of the scheduled check in time
The only change allowed for a confirmed booking is a Guest Name change which must be made at least 3 days before check in date. This change is subject to a Change fee. (Please refer http://www.tunehotels.com/fee-hotel-schedule)
In the event of cancellation of bookings (at least 3 days before the check in date), a credit shell amount equivalent to the value of the booking minus the cancellation charges will be credited into the guest's registered account for future bookings.
The amount in credit shell is valid for 6 months from the cancellation date after which it will expire. The credit shell amount is currency-specific and is not transferable to other accounts.
Cancellations can only be made online at https://bookings.tunehotels.com/AccClient/MyInformation.asp.

Tune Hotels and Air Asia are separate entities.
