亞洲航空公司自今年四月份起取消台北至曼谷航線；消息傳出許多背包客議論紛紛；因為手上擁有幾張亞航廉價機票的人大有人在；
We refer to your flight D7 2724 on [Wednesday, 16th March 2011] to Melbourne International Airport, scheduled to depart at 1320hrs from Kuala Lumpur Low Cost Carrier Terminal.

 We regret to inform you that the above flight has been CANCELLED, due to operational reasons

 Please contact us at aax_preflight@airasia.com, quoting your booking number, if:want to move* to the closest flight to your original flight as follows:

  D72722 on [Wednesday], [16th March 2011], departing at 2230hrs, arriving in Melbourne at 0920hrs the next day;   wish to move* to any of our other Kuala Lumpur -
Melbourne
flights of your choice;

 wish to cancel your ticket and request for a refund;

should you have any connecting flights on AirAsia/AirAsia X, we will also move* them accordingly; or    have any concerns you would like us to address. *at no cost, subject to availability

Also, please find attached a letter confirming the cancellation for your travel insurance provider should you require it.
